
No. 5 Georgia Concludes Fall Slate with No. 6 Oklahoma State

ATHENS, Ga. – The fifth-ranked University of Georgia equestrian team wraps up its fall schedule tomorrow, Saturday, November 18 at 12 p.m. against No. 6 Oklahoma State at the UGA Equestrian Complex.
The Bulldogs return home after a three-week break following a loss to No. 1 TCU and a win over No. 10 UT Martin Oct. 27-28. Georgia is currently 3-3 on the season. The Bulldogs fell in a close decision to the Horned Frogs, 7-8, then turned around and defeated the Skyhawks,14-5, the following afternoon in Martin, Tenn.
The Cowgirls are currently 2-3 on the season after a 12-7 win over Fresno State on Nov. 3. Oklahoma State will face seventh-ranked South Carolina Friday before heading to Athens.
The Bulldogs lead the all-time record against the Cowgirls by a 6-4 margin with an undefeated 4-0 home slate. The two teams met twice last season with Oklahoma State claiming both victories. Georgia traveled to Stillwater, Okla. and fell 11-8. The teams then met at the National Collegiate Equestrian Association National Championship quarterfinals where the Cowgirls advanced after a 13-7 win.
Saturday will be Princess Day and fans in attendance can make DIY crowns. The first 75 fans will receive UGA Equestrian buttons. The meet will be streamed live on SEC Network+.
