2018-19 Season Highlights
• Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll for the fourth consecutive year.
• One of two Bulldogs – along with Harmie Constantino – in the lineup for all 11 events.
• Notched four consecutive top-20 finishes to begin the season, doing so at all three fall events and the spring opener.
• Posted three par-or-better rounds in nine loops during the fall.
• Led UGA with a 13th-place finish at the Golfweek Challenge.
• Posted a 2-1 record in match play during the Liz Murphey Classic.
2017-18 Season Highlights
• Played in nine events, missing both the Minnesota Invitational and the Stanford Intercollegiate in the fall due to participation in the first two stages of LPGA Q-School.
• Finished the season with a 73.46 average over 26 rounds, including nine par-or-better efforts. That tally ranked No. 19 in school history following the 2017-18 campaign.
• Recorded seven top-20 individual efforts, led by a tie for third at the Gold Rush.
• Georgia’s top finisher at the Ladies Fall Intercollegiate, where she tied for sixth, and the Gold Rush, where she and Paula Neira Garcia both tied for third.
• Wrapped up the year second on the team in average, par-or-betters, birdies (72), counting percentage (93.3) and top-10 finishes (two).
• Finished the season with five-straight top-20 individual efforts including tying for 15th at the SEC Championships and placing 13th at the NCAA Regional in Tallahassee.
• Shot 5-under 211 at the NCAA Regional, falling one shot shy of qualifying for the NCAA Championships as an individual.

• Matched her number of par-or-better scores in 2015-16 (seven in 35) in well under half as many loops during 2016-17 (seven in 14).
• Finished among the top-20 individuals at all four fall tournaments, with her best performance being a third-place showing at the Cardinal Kickoff.
2015-16 Season Highlights
• Named SEC All-Freshman.
• Along with Harang Lee, the only golfers to compete in every event.
• Christened her career with a fifth-place finish at the Cardinal Kickoff at the Atlanta Athletic Club, just 15 minutes from her home.
• Captured her first collegiate victory at the one-day, 36-hole Lady Bulldog Individual Invitational, winning a sudden-death playoff with Alison Hovatter of Ole Miss.
• Earned a U.S. Women’s Open berth by shooting 69-69=138 to win a qualifier in New Smyrna Beach, Fla. In the Open, shot 76-78=154 but missed the cut at CordeValle.
• Garnered a spot in a fourth straight U.S. Women’s Am by winning a qualifier in Johns Creek, Ga. Reached match play but lost to in the first round to eventual runner-up Virginia Elena Carta.
Pre Collegiate Highlights
• A three-time AJGA Rolex Junior All-American, garnering second-team status in 2014 and honorable mention recognition in both 2011 and 2013.
• Secured a spot in the 2012 U.S. Women’s Open as a 15-year-old by finishing third at a qualifier at Carolina Trace Country Club in Sanford, N.C.
• Represented the East in the 2014 Wyndham Cup.
• A five-time winner during 2015, taking top honors at the U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball, the Kathy Whitworth, the AJGA Wells Fargo Junior, the IMG Junior Honda and the Georgia GSGA Women’s Match Play.
• Her Kathy Whitworth victory was more impressive considering she played with a set of borrowed clubs after bag was lost in transit to Dallas.

• Born Aug. 15, 1996, Rinko is the daughter of Takeshi (Ken) and Hiromi Mitsunaga and is majoring in Communication Studies.
• Recipient of the Mary B. Dinos Women’s Golf Scholarship for 2017-18 and the Jerman/Bruce Women’s Golf Scholarship for 2018-19.
