Albert’s Even-Par Effort Paces Bulldogs At Cougar Classic

Hanahan, S.C. — Sophomore Gabriella Albert shot even-par 71 to lead the Georgia women's golf team in a 10-over 294 team tally in Tuesday's final round of the Cougar Classic at Yeamans Hall Club.
Five Fast Facts:
• The Bulldogs finished three rounds of play at 891 and in 17th place in the team field.
• Albert mixed three birdies with a bogey and double-bogey en route to her even-par pally. She placeed 44th on the individual leaderboard at 5-over 218.
• Georgia also counted a 1-over 72 from freshman Ashley Shaw, a 73 from fifth-year Karoline Tuttle and a 78 from freshman Liva Krøl Anderson to compile the Bulldogs' team score on Tuesday.
• Shaw led Georgia with 10 birdies over 54 holes in her collegiate debut.
• The Bulldogs played Yeaman Hall's three par-5s at a combined 4-under as a team.
