Georgia Finishes 15th at NCAA Championships

ATLANTA – A pair of All-American swims highlighted Georgia's final day of competition at the 2026 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships at the McAuley Aquatic Center.
 
Georgia finished 15th overall with 63 points, improving upon both last year's placement (16th) and points total (58). Virginia won its sixth consecutive national championship, followed by Stanford, Texas, and California.
 
Fast Facts
200y Butterfly – Senior Ieva Maluka earned her first individual All-America citation, picking up Second Team honors with a 14th-place time of 1:54.74. The senior from Riga, Latvia had previously earned three Second Team honors in the 800y freestyle relay at both Arizona State and Georgia.
400y Freestyle Relay – Freshman Kennedi Dobson, sophomores Katie Belle Sikes and Marie Landreneau, and senior Emma Norton finished 14th with a season-best time of 3:13.19, earning Second Team All-America honors. Dobson led off with a 48.40, followed by a 48.64 second leg from Sikes. Landreneau then posted the fastest split of 47.85, while Norton closed out her Bulldog career with a 48.30 anchor leg.
200y IM – Landreneau finished 24th with a personal-best time of 1:57.36.
