Quotes
Coach Katie Abrahamson-Henderson
On the defense…
"We make practice harder than games, for sure. I think we have so many different people that really buy into defense. They like it, they play together and they work together really well. Trinity and Enjulina can really get up and pressure that ball, that really helps us when they're always starting with the ball. Their initial pressure really churns everyone because everybody else sees them on the ball so they want to play really good and tough for them. Our home side defense is getting really good, so nobody is getting to the paint and scoring easy layups on us."
On every player scoring…
"We look at the big picture, so tomorrow we don't do a lot on our legs but we'll have the plan for Georgia Tech and know what shots we're gonna get for Tech. We already have the game plan for this, so we'll train them tomorrow. What shots are we going to get? These are your shots, and for every single position and what is going to happen. If they're going to play zone, they're not going to play zone and these are the shots you're getting. Then, on Saturday we'll do the same thing."
