ATHENS, Ga. – University of Georgia outfielder/infielder Charlie Condon has been named to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Preseason All-America First Team, the organization announced Tuesday.
Condon, the 6-foot-6, 216-pound consensus National Freshman of the Year is coming off an impressive rookie campaign where he captured the team's Triple Crown, hitting .386 with 25 home runs and 67 RBI.
