ATHENS, Ga. – The University of Georgia volleyball team was swept by the 14th-ranked Kentucky Wildcats on Sunday at Stegeman Coliseum (24-26, 15-25, 16-25).

"It was really good volleyball in the first set. I thought it was a good response. I'm disappointed in the match, but it was good to see that. We've just got to get those stretches going longer."

"I thought Bailey Cox had a great response. I think Clara Brower's effort and focus have been really consistent throughout the year. She keeps our offense on it, so I'm really excited by the offensive choices being made, and all of these things show growth."

- Bianna Muoneke and Erykah Lovett co-led the Georgia offense with nine kills. Muoneke tallied six kills in the first set alone, hitting .500 in the frame.
- Setter Clara Brower picked up a double-double with 10 digs and 21 assists.
- Sophie Fischer put up four blocks to lead the defense on the net, followed by three from Ceci Gooch.
- Georgia jumped out to a 6-0 lead to begin the match and drew set point at 24-23. Kentucky battled late to take the opening set 26-24.
- This was Georgia's first loss via sweep this season.
