Track & Field Unveils New Locker Room

The Bulldog track and field program celebrated their week leading up to the 2023 Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships by debuting their new locker rooms on the first floor of the Butts-Mehre Building on Tuesday.

The 17,500-square foot area features direct access to the Spec Towns Track and team meeting room to go with locker room lounges for both the men and women's teams. Boasting one-of-a-kind custom-designed lockers, the teams have access to a brand-new equipment room, "mud" room and nutrition lounge. Student-athletes have scooter parking adjacent to the locker room and the locker room is equipped with state-of-the-art biometric security. In addition, the Bulldog coaches have locker rooms and meeting areas in the space.
