794 Wins, 19 SEC Titles, Six National Championships
Georgia head coach Jeff Wallace is now in his 38th year at the helm of the Bulldogs' tennis program. As the nation's winningest active women's tennis coach, Wallace is one of only two coaches to record 750 wins in women's tennis history. Wallace enters the 2023 dual season with 792 career victories.
 
Sleepless 'til Seattle
The Bulldogs punched their ticket to the 2023 ITA National Team Indoors Championship thanks to a 4-0 win over Stetson on Friday, Jan. 27 and a 4-1 win over Notre Dame on Saturday, Jan. 28. Georgia has been a host site in all but two years since the ITA Kick-Off inaugural season in 2009. The Bulldogs are 26-0 in Athens, and 27-1 overall in the opening spring event. The Bulldogs own four National Indoor Titles (1994, 1995, 2002, 2019) in 31 appearances, dating back to its inception in 1988.
 
Dawgs in the Polls
Sixth-ranked Georgia owns four rankings: A quartet of individuals, No. 31 Dasha Vidmanova, No. 19 Lea Ma, No. 64 Anastasiia Lopata and No. 100 Meg Kowalski.
 
In the fall, the ITA also ranks the Top-10 Freshman/Newcomer, Lopata came in at No. 10. 
 
Scouting the Tar Heels
Second-ranked North Carolina is 9-0 on the season. The Tar Heels logged a pair of 4-0 wins over Maryland and Charlotte to punch their ticket to the ITA National Team Indoors Championship.
 
UNC boasts eight rankings: A sextuple of individuals, No. 1 Fiona Crawley, No. 5 Abbey Forbes, No. 8 Carson Tanguilig, No. 18 Anika Yarlagadda, No. 48 Reilly Tran and No. 58 Elizabeth Scotty; Two doubles teams in No. 1 Fiona Crawley and Carson Tanguilig and No. 16 Carson Tanguilig and Reilly Tran.
 
Scouting the Buckeyes
12th-ranked Ohio State is 3-0 on the season. The Buckeyes defeated Old Dominion 4-0 and Tennessee 4-2 to earn their spot in the ITA National Team Indoors Championship. Ohio State will take on Oklahoma State on Thursday, Feb. 2 before taking on the Bulldogs.
 
The Buckeyes owns four rankings: A trio of individuals in No. 15 Sydni Ratliff, No. 31 Irina Cantos Siemers and No. 116 Kolie Allen; One doubles team in No. 31 Irina Cantos Siemers and Sydni Ratliff.
