MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Georgia women's soccer team fell in a neutral site, non-conference match against the Ole Miss Rebels, 3-1, Saturday afternoon.
Senior Mollie Belisle recorded three shots on the day, followed by two from Abby Boyan and one from Dani Murguia.
Four minutes later, Madison Haugen made a cross from the left side, ending at the feet of Belisle at the top of the six-yard box. Taking advantage of her opportunity, she hit the ball past the Rebels' goalkeeper into the back of the net to make the score 2-1, Ole Miss.
The fourth and final goal of the game came from Ole Miss' Ramsey Davis. The score would stay 3-1 until the end of the game.
Georgia will continue on the road next weekend as they are set to face Auburn next Saturday at 2p.m. ET.

"I didn't think we started the game well in the first half. Credit to them, they finished three very nice goals," Georgia head coach Billy Lesesne said. "We found our way back to make it 2-1 and then their immediate response was to score another, which made it difficult for us. We had the wind in the second half, and I thought we played a better game, but didn't have the cutting edge that we needed to finish. We get the opportunity to play another conference foe on Saturday so we're looking forward to regrouping, having a good week of training and playing against Auburn."
Two back-to-back upper ninety shots from Ole Miss at the 23rd and 28th-minute marks would start off the scoring action on the day.
