ATHENS, Ga. --- The University of Georgia soccer team continues SEC play this week, facing LSU at home and Missouri on the road.Â

The Bulldogs will welcome the Tigers of LSU to the Turner Soccer Complex on Thursday, September 16. The game will begin at 7 p.m. and be streamed on the SEC Network +. The first 500 fans will receive a Georgia Soccer Scarf and hot dogs will be one dollar.Â

Georgia travels to face the Tigers of Missouri on Sunday, September 29 at 5 p.m. ET. The game will be aired nationally on ESPNU.Â

LAST TIME OUT
In Georgia's non-conference finale against Furman last Sunday, junior Ashley Andersen scored her first two career goals to lead the Bulldogs to a shutout win over the Paladins.Â

Georgia opened SEC play at then-No. 9 South Carolina last week, dropping a 3-0 decisions to the Gamecocks in a hard-fought battle. The Bulldogs took nine shots, but could not capitalize after the Gamecocks took a 2-0 lead late in the first half.Â

LSU has not scored a goal in its last five games and has given up 11 in those matches. The Tigers opened SEC action at home against the Florida Gators, losing 3-0.

Missouri will travel to Florida to face the Gators before the Bulldogs head to Columbia. The Tigers began conference play with a 1-1 draw against Ole Miss in Oxford. Missouri has gone into overtime in a third of its games played so far this season, winning two of them.Â
