THE ROAD TO ORANGE BEACH

ATHENS, Ga. --- The University of Georgia soccer team is set to face the Florida Gators in the regular season on Halloween night- Thursday, October 31 at 7:20 p.m. at the Turner Soccer Complex.

The game will be streamed on the SEC Network + and the SEC Network will provide whip around coverage of the final evening of regular-season play.

GEORGIA IN THE REACH FOR ORANGE BEACH
Georgia has now earned 12 conference points. The top tens teams with the highest conference point total will participate in the SEC Tournament in Orange Beach, Alabama. The tournament will run from Sunday, November 3 through Sunday, November 10 with games being played in a Sunday-Tuesday-Thursday- Sunday format.

FOUR- GAME UNBEATEN STREAK
Georgia extended its unbeaten streak to four games with a 1-1 double overtime draw at No. 6 Arkansas at Razorback.

Georgia defeated Ole Miss and Mississippi State, before playing to a tie against Kentucky and Arkansas. The four-game unbeaten streak is the most under head coach Billy Lesesne. It's the longest the Bulldogs have gone without a loss since 2013 and the longest unbeaten streak in SEC action since 2011.

WEGENER NAMED SEC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Georgia sophomore goalkeeper Emory Wegener has been named the Southeastern Conference Soccer Defensive Player of the Week after making ten saves in Georgia's draws against Kentucky and No. 6 Arkansas.
