Lady Bulldogs return to action with first-ever trip to Stanford
After a disappointing showing at the Chrysler ACC-SEC Challenge two weeks ago, the Georgia Lady Bulldog golf team returns to action this weekend at the Stanford Pepsi Intercollegiate at Stanford.

"I think we're looking at this week as a chance to rebound and prove ourselves," head coach Todd McCorkle said. "More than anything, I'd like to see us get our confidence back."

Three-fifths of the Lady Bulldogs' lineup is set, with senior Summer Sirmons, sophomore Natalia Nicholls and freshman Lisa Tyler already securing spots. The remaining two positions will be determined following a Monday qualifying round. Freshmen Jackie Beers and Kelly Froelich and sophomore Abbi Francis are in the hunt for those.
