Mary Kate McLean Imler joined the Compliance staff in May 2024. She serves as the Compliance Coordinator and Legal Fellow. In this role, she assists in various aspects of Bylaw 12 and 17 as well as coordinating the rules education program for the department.
Prior to her full time position, Imler served for two years as a Legal Extern for the Compliance Department. In May 2024, Imler earned a Juris Doctorate, graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Imler also holds a Masters Degree in Sport Management and Bachelor degrees in Finance and Sport Management from UGA. While earning her undergraduate degrees, Imler was a member of the All-Girl Cheerleading Team cheering for Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Volleyball, and Gymnastics.
Imler grew up in Loganville, GA where she currently resides with her husband, Ty.
