Outdoor – Placed 11th overall in the 4x400-meter relay (3:30.34) and ninth in the 400m (51.84) at the NCAA Championships…Took fifth in the 400m at the SEC Championships thanks to a 52.24…Earned gold in both the 400m (51.98) and in the 4x400m relay (3:30.55) at the Terry Long FSU Relays…Personal best time of 50.25 in the 400m and took second at the Tom Jones Invitational.
Indoor – Finished sixth in the 400m (51.66) at the NCAA Championships…Broke the school record in the preliminary round of the 400m (51.51) at Nationals…Managed seventh in the 400m (53.22) and 4x400m relay (3:34.06) at the SEC Championships.
2024:
Outdoor – Had a PR of 23.49 in the 200m and took sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:33.28) at the Florida Relays…Took ninth in the 4x400m relay and 15th in the 400m prelims of the 400m (52.66) at the SEC Championships…Qualified for Nationals at the NCAA East Prelims with a PR time of 51.43…Took 22nd in the 400m semifinal with a 52.48 at the NCAA Championships.
Indoor – Won the 300m with a PR of 37.75 and took gold in the 4x400m relay at the Harvey Glance meet…Placed sixth overall in the 400m (52.72) and seventh in the 4x400m relay at the SEC Championships…Managed a 14th-place finish in the 400m at the NCAA Championships with a 53.29.
2022-2023 (Cloud County Community College – Concordia, Kan.):
Ran for two years prior to transferring to Auburn…Won two national titles (2022 NJCAA outdoor 400m – 54.18); 2023 NJCAA indoor 400m – 53.50)…Five time NJCAA national champion medalist…2022 NJCAA indoor runner-up in the 400m (53.86) and outdoor bronze medalist in 2023 with a 52.46…Ran on the 4x400m relay that was the 2022 NJCAA indoor runner-up.
