2023: Outdoor – Reached a season-best mark of 72.85 meters/239 feet, 0 inches to finish second in the hammer throw at the Texas Relays (No. 3 in collegiate history)…Placed seventh at the Mt. SAC Relays with a 71.21m/233-7 mark…Finished third at the NCAA East Prelims with a mark of 70.98m/232-10…Advanced to the NCAA Championships, where he finished ninth with a mark of 70.20m/230-4…Runner-up at the SEC Championships with a 70.07m/229-11…Victorious in the hammer throw at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (70.45m/231-1), Spec Towns & Torrin Lawrence Invitational (69.54m/228-2), and GT Invite (68.82m/225-9).
 
Indoor – Surged to No. 4 on the Bulldog all-time top-10 list in the weight throw with a winning mark of 21.89 meters/71 feet, 10 inches at the MLK Invite…Finished sixth at the SEC Championships after watching his top effort travel 21.24m/69-8.25…Had another 69-foot throw (21.28m/69-9.75) for fourth place at the Tiger Paw Invite.

2022: Outdoor – Hit a personal record of 70.74/232-1 in the hammer throw for runner-up honors behind Bulldog legend Denzel Comenential at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial…Earned silver medal honors with a mark of 70.28/230-7 at the SEC Championships…Won both the Tom Jones Memorial (229-11) and Yellow Jacket Invitational (214-0) in the hammer…Qualified for Nationals at the NCAA East Prelims thanks to his toss of 69.02/226-5 for fourth place...Improved his 2021 finish by six spots to take 14th in the hammer at the NCAA Championships with a top effort of 67.66/222-0 for Second Team All-America honors.

Indoor – Improved to No. 7 on Georgia’s all-time top-10 list in the weight throw after watching his top launch travel 21.30 meters/69 feet, 10 ¾ inches for third at the Razorback Invite…Scored at the SEC Championships by taking fifth in the weight (20.95m/68-8.75).

2021: Outdoor – Launched a UGA personal best of 222 feet, 7 inches to take fourth in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Prelims to qualify for Nationals…Took 20th in the hammer at the NCAA Championships after reaching 222-6…Scored at the SEC Championships with a seventh-place finish (219-4)…Swept the FSU Relays (219-3) and Yellow Jacket Invitational (214-11).

Indoor – Launched the seventh-best weight throw in school history with a 69-5.25 for seventh at the SEC Championships…Won the USC Indoor Open thanks to a mark of 67-8.75.

Nebraska – 2020: Unleashed his personal record in the weight throw to win the 2020 Big 10 Indoor Championships…Trio of personal bests in the hammer throw that are Brazilian national records: under 23 hammer of 70.21 meters (230 feet, 4 inches), under 20 hammer of 71.42m (234-4), under 18 hammer of 74.94m (245-10) and a personal record in the weight throw of 22.10m (72-6).

Barton CC – 2019: Won the 2019 NJCAA Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw thanks to a toss of 70.21m/230-4, which was a meet and under-23 national record…Previously set the Barton and national record holder with a toss of 68.31m/224-2…Was third at the 2019 NJCAA Indoor Championships with a weight mark of 19.77m/64-10.

Prior to Barton CC: Won the 2018 under 20 Brazilian National Championship with an age group record of 71.21m (233-7)…Took fourth in the hammer with a mark of 65.74m/215-8 at the 2018 Brazilian National Championships.

Personal: Born Feb. 18, 1999…Son of Abadia Aparecida Chagas Pereira and Carno Ezequiel Pereira…Intending to major in Biology.
