Hodge Earns Third Straight SEC Weekly Award

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Georgia Track and Field's Adaejah Hodge was named SEC Women's Runner of the Week for her historical performance in the women's 100m dash at Florida's Tom Jones Memorial announced by the conference on Tuesday afternoon. 

The Douglasville, Ga. native clocked a 10.77 (1.7 m/s) for the 100m dash win to shatter Georgia's school record and the British Virgin Islands National record. Hodge's outing set a 2026 world-leading time as she moved to second on the all-time collegiate list and tied for No.18 in world history. 

Hodge also holds Georgia's indoor and outdoor 200-meter records.

The Bulldogs will return to action this weekend at Auburn's Tiger Track Classic on Saturday April 25th.
