2022: Outdoor – Finished the 1500 meters at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial in 3:59.37 for 15th…Took 11th(15:05.96) in the 5000m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.
Indoor – Took seventh in the mile (4:24.51) at the Samford Invite…Had a season-best 3000m time of 8:35.39 at the Music City Challenge.
2021: Cross Country- Ran in two meets for the Bulldogs, taking 39th at the 6k Kennesaw State Opener and finishing 92nd at the 8k North Alabama Showcase.
Outdoor – Completed his 1500-meter laps in 5:58.00 for seventh place at the Spec Towns Invitational…Took fourth in the 5000m (14:55.40) at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial.
Indoor – Had a season-best time of 15:14.43 in the 5000m at the USC Indoor Open for fourth.
2020: Indoor – Had a 4:18.01 in the mile at the Razorback Invitational…Had a career-best time of 8:38.76 for ninth in the 3000-meter run at the Bob Pollock Invitational…Was 40th (8:44.32) at the SEC Championships in the 3000m…Also took 19th in the 5000m after running a 15:04.96 at SECs.
2019: Cross Country - Redshirted for the Bulldogs.
Outdoor - Redshirted for the Bulldogs...Named to the J. Reid Parker Director of Athletics Honor Roll for Spring 2019.
Indoor - Did not compete for the Bulldogs.
High School: Helped lead his team to the 2016 GHSA state 7A cross country state title as a junior after taking seventh individually…Improved to fifth individually at the 2017 state cross meet his senior year…Finished eighth in the 1600 meters at the 2017 state track and field meet as a junior…Was on the Atlanta Track Club’s First Team All-Metro squad as a senior and Second Team All-Metro as a junior…Personal-best times of 15:29 (5k CC), 4:19 (1600m) and 9:25 (3200m)…Also played basketball at Lambert.
