2023: Outdoor – Clocked a season-best time of 15:06.36 in the 5,000 meters at the Yellow Jacket Invitational to place 17th…Finished 11th in the 1500m at the Spec Towns & Torrin Lawrence Invitational with a time of 3:55.49.
Indoor – Ran the 5000 meters at the Music City Challenge in 14:52.03 for 44th…Took 23rd in the 3000m (8:39.09) at the Clemson Invite.
2022: Cross Country – Scored for the first time in 2022 with a 54th-place finish (25:26.9) at the 8k Crimson Classic…Also ran at both the 8k SEC Championships and the 10k NCAA South Regional to conclude his season.
Outdoor – Completed the 5000m at the Georgia Tech Invitational.
Indoor – Had a season-best time of 8:45.90 for 10th in the 3000m at the Samford Invite.
2021:Cross Country- Scored by taking 29th (19:22.80) at the 6k Kennesaw State Opener…Was 82nd at the 8k North Alabama Showcase…Finished 93rd at the 8k SEC Championships and then completed his season by taking 128th at the 10k NCAA South Regional.
Outdoor – Had a career-best time of 4:01.67 to take 11th in the 1500 meters at the Spec Towns Invitational…Registered a season-best time of 15:38.89 at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial for 13th.
Indoor – Was 10th in the 5000m (15:31.89) at the USC Indoor Open.
2020: Cross Country - Finished 53rd (25:52.0) at the 8k FSU Invitational.
Indoor - Redshirted for the Bulldogs.
2019: Cross Country - Ran at four meets for the Bulldogs, including the 8k SEC Championships where he was 100th with a season-best time of 25:42.3.
High School: Team captain for St. Pius as a senior, finishing fifth in the 3200 meters (9:44.58) at the Class 4A state track championships to lead his team towards its second consecutive state title...Also raced towards a sixth-place finish at the state meet to give St. Pius three runners inside the top six and secure the 2018 Class 4A state title...Most Improved Runner as a junior with a 19th-place finish at the state meet...Personal-best times of 9:44.58 (3200 meters) and 15:55.00 (5k CC)...National Honors Society and made Honor Roll all eight semesters of high school.
