2023-24 Season Highlights:
• One of four Bulldogs to play in all 37 contests, averaging 9.5 points and a team-high 3.2 assists in 24.0 minutes of PT per game.
• Produced 17 double-figure scoring outputs, led by a 21-point outburst in an NIT second-round victory at Wake Forest.
• Among SEC leaders, ranked No. 8 in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.15), as well as No. 14 in assists per game (3.2 apg).
• Finished the campaign with 425 career assists, No. 87 among all active D-I players at the conclusion of 2023-24.
• Produced Georgia’s single-game highs for free throws made (11 at Arkansas), assists (nine at Florida) and playing time (36 minutes at Florida).
• Reached double figures for the first time in 2023-24 – and the 50th time in his career – against N.C. Central.
• Canned a 15-foot jumper with 1.5 seconds remaining to complete an improbable comeback at Florida State. After trailing by 17 points (61-44) with 6:37 remaining, the Bulldogs outscored the Seminoles 24-5 the rest of the way en route to a 68-66 victory.
• Opened SEC play with what were then back-to-back season-high scoring outputs of 16 points at Missouri and 19 against Arkansas.
• Canned an elbow jumper with 43 seconds left – and one second on the shot clock – to put Georgia up 70-64 at South Carolina.
• Flirted with a double-double at Florida, with 11 points and a season-high nine assists.
• Scored seven of his 17 points in the final 3:26 against Missouri in the SEC Tourney as UGA closed out the contest on a 12-0 run.
• Exploded for a season-high 21 points at Wake Forest, including a 6-of-7 effort at the line.

2022-23 Season Highlights:
• One of just three Bulldogs – along with Jabri Abdur-Rahim and Braelen Bridges – to see action in all 32 games.
• Earned a starting nod for 10 contests, including seven in SEC play, and averaged 8.6 points, 2.9 assists and 2.7 rebounds in 22.3 minutes of action per outing.
• Among SEC stat leaders, ranked No. 9 in free throw percentage (.793) and No. 15 in assists (2.9 apg).
• Among statistical leaders for SEC games only, ranked No. 7 in free throw percentage (.797) and No. 13 in assists (2.9 apg).
• Enjoyed a considerable jump offensively in SEC action, upping his scoring average from 7.3 points in non-conference play to 9.3 points (third-best on the team) versus league competition.
• Recorded 13 double-figure scoring outputs – nine of those coming against SEC foes – and one 20-point performance.
• Named to the Greenlight Sunshine Slam all-tourney team after averaging a team-high 14.5 points while shooting 61.5 percent from the field and 71.4 percent from 3-point range in two contests in Daytona Beach.
• Georgia’s leading scorer off the bench in six of the first seven games, including a team-high 17-point outing against UAB.
• Scored eight straight UGA points from the 9:22-6:44 marks of the second half against Mississippi State, giving the Bulldogs the lead for good at 40-39 with his last bucket.
• Returned to his home state to score a season-high 20 points in a season-most 36 minutes at Texas A&M.
• Posted the 1,000th point of his collegiate career at South Carolina.
• Ended the season on a tear, scoring in double figures in eight of the last 10 games and averaging a team-high 13.1 points during that span…after hitting double digits five times and averaging 6.6 points in the first 22 outings.

Longwood Highlights:
• Logged action in 58 games over two seasons, averaging 12.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.2 steals.
• Posted 36 double-figure scoring outputs, including eight 20-point performances.
• Notched a pair of double-dight rebound counts – resulting in one double-double – and one double-figure assist output.
• Tabbed Big South All-Freshman in 2021 and first-team All-Big South in 2022.

2021-22 Season Highlights:
• Started 30 of 31 games played, with DNPs for a pair of early-February outings and coming off the bench in his first game back.
• Helped the Lancers post a 26-7 overall record and a 16-1 mark in Big South play.
• Led Longwood to its first-ever NCAA Tournament bid, pacing the Lancers in both scoring (14.2 ppg) and assists (4.2 apg).
• Enjoyed an accolade-filled campaign that included being named first-team All-Big South, a finalist for the Lou Henson Award (mid-major player of the year), second-team All-Virginia, second-team All-District 3 by the NABC and All-Big South Tournament.
• Recorded 22 double-figure performances, with six 20-point outings, and two double-digit rebound counts, resulting in his first career double-double.
• Among Big South leaders, ranked No. 11 in scoring, No. 3 in assists, No. 3 in free throw percentage, No. 5 in assist-to-TO ratio, No. 6 in steals and No. 15 in minutes.
• Delivered 131 assists, the third-most since the Lancers moved to D-I. Converted 110 free throws, No. 4 in Longwood’s D-I annals.
• Named Big South Player of the Week twice – on Jan. 31 after averaging 21.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 2.0 steals in a trio of wins and on Feb. 27 after averaging 17.0 points, 6.0 boards and 4.5 assists in a pair victories to clinch the Big South title.
• Exploded for a career-high 29 points in a 92-88 win over Winthrop on Jan. 29.
• Put up 10 of his 24 points in OT of a Big South quarterfinal win over North Carolina A&T.
• Flirted with a triple-double in the Big South semifinals, with 18 points, nine assists and eight boards against USC Upstate.
• Named to the All-Big South Tournament team after averaging 17.0 points, 7.7 rebounds and 6.3 assists in a trio of victories.
• Scored a team-high 13 points and equaled his career-high with four steals against Tennessee in the NCAA Tournament.

2020-21 Season Highlights:
• Started 10 of 27 games played, missing only two late-season games due to an injury.
• Averaged 11.0 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 26.7 minutes of playing time.
• Named to the Big South All-Freshman team and among league freshmen, finished the season ranked second in both scoring and assists and third in rebounds.
• Posted 14 double-digit scoring outputs, the second-most on the team, and one double-figure assist effort.
• Topped the 20-point plateau twice, headlined by a season-high 25 versus Gardner-Webb.
• Named Big South Freshman of the Week on Dec. 14, Jan. 18 and on Feb. 15.
• Opened his collegiate career with an 11-point performance at Wake Forest on Nov. 27.
• Dished out a career-high 11 assists against North Carolina A&T on Dec. 8, the Lancers’ single-game high during the campaign.

High School Highlights:
• Coached by Craig Brownson at Fort Bend Travis High School.
• Tabbed as the state’s No. 21 prospect by the Texas Basketball Review and a finalist for the 2020 Guy Lewis Award as the Greater Houston Area Boys Player of the Year.
• Tabbed 6A All-State by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) as a senior.
• A three-time all-district selection and the 2020 District 20-6A Player of the Year.
• As a senior, averaged 24.0 points, 7.0 boards, 4.0 assists and 3.0 steals per game for Fort Bend Travis, which finished 31-7, claimed the district title and won two playoff games before the season was cancelled.
• Helped Fort Bend Travis go 20-14 as a junior and 20-13 and reach the second round of the 6A state playoffs as a sophomore.

Personal:
• Born October 19, 2001, Justin is the son of Keith and Donna Hill and earned a degree in Consumer Economics in 2024.
• Both of Justin’s parents were standout college basketball players – Keith at Michigan State (1985-86) and New Mexico State (1986-90), where he scored a combined 1,203 points; and Donna (the former Donna Holt) at Virginia (1984-88), where she was MVP of the 1987 ACC Tournament, 1988 ACC Player of the Year, has a retired jersey (No. 11) and was named to the ACC’s Silver Anniversary team in 2002.
• In addition, his older brother, Cameron, was an NAIA All-American in basketball at SWAGU (Southwestern Assemblies of God University).
