2023: Outdoor – Clocked Georgia’s fourth-fastest 5,000-meter time at the Raleigh Relays, running a 13:57.72 to finish 21st…Placed 10th at the SEC Championships with a 5,000m time of 14:26.14…Advanced to the NCAA East Prelims, where he ran a 14:40.97 in the semis…Ran a season-best time of 3:48.05 in the 1500m to place third at the Spec Towns & Torrin Lawrence Invitational.
Indoor – Posted his team’s top times in the 5000 meters, 3000m and mile…Took 10th in the 5000m at the SEC Championships thanks to a 14:24.13…Was 13th at the SEC Championships in the 3000m after completing his laps in 8:12.38…Clocked a 4:05.23 for 19th at the Music City Challenge.
2022: Cross Country – After sitting out the opener, scored in the final five meets, including being the Bulldogs’ top finisher in four of those…Finished 31st to lead the team at the 8k North Alabama Invitational with a 24:21.89…Was Georgia’s top finisher at the 8k Live In Lou Classic after taking 51st (24:20.0)…Posted a top-10 finish to be the first Bulldog across the line at the 8k Crimson Classic (10th – 24:18.9)…Scored at the 8k SEC Championships after taking 35th (24:25.28)…Earned All-Region honors at the 10k NCAA South Regional after running the course in 30:15.10 for 20th.
Outdoor – Set a school record in the 1500 meters to win the Torrin Lawrence thanks to his 3:42.45…Finished third in the 1500m (3:44.78) at the Tom Jones Memorial…Had a 3:45.87 to take 12th in the opening round of the NCAA East Prelims before finishing 24th in the quarterfinal…Had a season-best time of 14:17.76 for 59th in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays…Scored at the SEC Championships with an eighth-place finish (30:16.85) in the 10,000m.
Indoor – Set a school record with a 4:02.73 in the mile at the Music City Challenge to take 15th overall…Ran the fifth-fastest 3000m time in school history at the Music City meet with a 8:06.50 for 10th place…Took 14th in the 3000m with a 8:10.39 at the SEC Championships…Was the runner-up in the 1000m at the Clemson Invite with a 2:26.33…Leg of school record distance medley relay after the Bulldog foursome clocked a 9:35.97 for fourth at the SEC Championships.
2021: Cross Country- Opened at the 8k Pre-Nationals and was the Bulldogs’ top finisher with a 24:16.6 for 101st…Posted an All-SEC First Team finish at the 8k SEC Championships after taking sixth (23:45.6)…Earned All-Region honors by clocking a 29:46.20 for ninth at the NCAA South Regional….Advanced to the 10k NCAA Championships individually and finished 206th (31:15.4).
Outdoor – Clocked the third-best 1500 meters time in UGA history with a 3:43.50 to win at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial…Finished with a personal-best time of 14:17.16 to take 32nd in the 5000m at the Virginia Challenge…Missed scoring in the 5000m at the SEC Championships by one spot with a 14:23.08 for ninth…Ran a 3:52.52 for 43rd place in the 1500m at the NCAA East Prelims…Took 21st (3:55.92) in the 1500m at the SEC Championships.
Indoor – Ran the 10th-best mile time in school history (4:06.81) to finish fourth at the Carolina Challenge…Registered the No. 8 3000m time in UGA history with an 8:10.68 to take 11th at the Razorback Invitational…Finished 14th at the SEC Championships thanks to his 8:11.73 in the 3000m…Won the 3000m at the Clemson Invitational after completing his laps in 8:20.35…Shot to fourth on Georgia’s all-time list thanks to his 14:09.35 for ninth in the 5000m at the Music City Challenge…Ran a leg on the ninth-place distance medley relay team that finished in 9:43.66 at the SEC Championships, which is the third-best time in school history.
2020: Cross Country - Won the season-opening 8k FSU Invitational with a 24:07.8...Earned All-SEC Second Team honors after taking 10th (24:13.1) to lead the Bulldogs at the 8k SEC Championships.
Indoor – Ran a team season-best 4:11.74 for 58th place in the mile at the Husky Classic…Was fifth at the Bob Pollock Invitational in the mile with a 4:13.79…Recorded the eighth-best 3000-meter time (8:11.59) in school history for 43rd at the Husky Classic…Took ninth in the 3000m at the SEC Championships thanks to his 8:15.71…Part of distance medley relay squad that was 11th at SECs with a 10:15.82.
2019: Cross Country - Redshirted for the Bulldogs.
Outdoor – Had a team seasonal best of 3:51.70 to take third in the 1500 meters at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial…Also ran the Bulldogs’ best 5000m time of 2019 with a 14:33.41 to take second at the Mt. SAC Relays…Was 21st in the 5000m at the SEC Championships thanks to a 14:38.08.
Indoor - Did not compete for the Bulldogs.
High School: Captured the GHSA Class 7A individual cross country and 3200-meter run titles on the track twice each…Claimed the state individual cross title his senior year as the only competitor to break 16 minutes in the 5000 meters, and was joined on the podium by fellow Georgia freshman Nicholas Yanek to complete a 1-2 sweep by the Milton runners in Carrolton...Named Georgia Gatorade Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year…Finished eighth at the state cross country meet as a sophomore…Personal-best times of 14:50 (5k CC), 9:16 (3200m) and 4:15 (1600m).
