Prohibited Items: Umbrellas and outside noise makers are not permitted at Turner Soccer Complex.
Sustainability: Turner Soccer Complex is on a journey to become a zero-waste facility for the 2026 season.

No. 25 Georgia closes its non-conference slate with a home date against defending national champion Florida State Thursday. For the Bulldogs, it marks the fifth-consecutive year they have faced the reigning NCAA champion - last season, Georgia took down North Carolina, 2-0, in Athens following a 1-1 tie at FSU in 2024. In the previous meeting, Georgia earned its first-ever result against a top-ranked team as Jordan Brown tallied 14 saves against 36 shots facing FSU in Tallahassee. The Bulldogs are looking for their first victory over the Seminoles since a 2-0 win in 1998 and first win over a ranked opponent in 2026.
For head coach Keidane McAlpine, this is the eighth time he has faced a fellow championship-winning coach in his Georgia tenure. McAlpine holds a 1-4-2 record in the previous matchups, including a win over North Carolina's Damon Nahas (2025) and ties over FSU's Brian Pensky and Pitt's Randy Waldrum (2024).

Georgia earned its fourth shutout of the season Sunday with a 2-0 victory at Mercer. For the third time in four matches, Mya Townes gave the Bulldogs the lead within the first 10 minutes of play, knocking in a goalkeeper rebound off the initial shot from Kiera Staude. The score was Townes' third of the season, matching the total from her 2025 freshman season. After Jordan Brown notched her lone save in the 50th minute, the Bulldogs added another goal in the 74th minute as freshman Mary Hartofilis hit the upper left corner of the net from beyond the 18 for her first career goal. With the win, Georgia improved to 40-1-3 all-time against in-state opponents.
Fiery Freshmen
Maya Woolforde and Lola Manuel's performances against Milwaukee capped off an 11-point week for Georgia first-year players. In the James Madison match, freshman Leila Avila scored her first career goal, while fellow rookie London Crawford tallied her first collegiate assist. Sophomores Mona Childs (goal) and Grayson Rogers (assist), who each missed their freshman seasons due to injury, also posted their first points in a Bulldog uniform. The strong play has continued with Mary Hartofilis scoring against Mercer and Woolforde and Rogers adding in additional assists.
