The Warm-Up Period
Georgia Gymnastics is set to appear in the 2026 National Collegiate Gymnastics Championships Semifinal this week in Fort Worth, Texas. The six-seed Bulldogs will face off against (2) LSU, (3) Florida, and (7) Stanford in the first session of the semifinal round at 4:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 16 at Dickies Arena.
The top two teams from each semifinal session will advance to the National Championship Final on Saturday, April 18 in Fort Worth.

Georgia's National Championship History
This will be Georgia's 36th appearance in the NCAA National Championship and the first since 2019. The Bulldogs have won 10 NCAA National Championships the most of any team, most recently in 2009. Since 1993 when the NCAA Championships were split into semifinals and finals ('Super Six' from 1993-2018), Georgia has advanced to the final round 20 times, most recently in 2016. A total of 20 GymDogs have won 41 individual national titles. Brandie Jay (vault) and Brittany Rogers (bars) were the last Georgia Bulldogs to win an individual title in 2016.

Tempe Regional Recap
The Bulldogs recorded a 197.125 in the second round of the NCAA Tempe Regional, advancing to their first Regional Final appearance 2019. Sophomore Nyla Aquino and Harley Tomlin each won a share of the Tempe Regional floor championship with scores of 9.950. The GymDogs scored a 49.625 on floor to close out the meet. It was Georgia's best floor score in an NCAA Regional since 1998 (49.700) and tied the second-best score of the season. Georgia posted six scores of 9.900 or better on floor, the most this season. In Saturday's Regional Final, Georgia posted its second-best score of the season with a 197.750, the program's fifth-best team score in a regional in program history. Georgia posted its second-best bars score of the season to begin the meet with a 49.525, led by a 9.975 from freshman Autumn Reingold, tying a career high.
GymDogs in the Rankings
The GymDogs stayed at No. 6 for the eighth week in a row in the Week 12 Road to Nationals rankings with a 197.391 team National Qualifying Score (NQS). Georgia ranks third on floor (49.493 NQS), fifth on vault (49.323 NQS), seventh on bars (49.345 NQS), and eighth on beam (49.286 NQS). This is the fourth week Georgia has ranked in the top 10 in every event this season. It's the first time since Week 12 (March 24) in 2014 (vault: 6, bars: 1, beam: 6, floor: 10) that Georgia ranked top 10 in all events. Individually, three GymDogs appear in the top 10: Lily Smith (2nd, floor), CaMarah Williams (2nd, floor), and Kelise Woolford (10th, beam).
2026 Regular Season Recap
Georgia completed the 2026 regular season with a 19-7 overall record and a 5-3 SEC record. Georgia's SEC record finished tied for third in the league. The GymDogs finished with 14 wins against top-25 opponents and concluded the regular season with a 197.391 NQS, ranking sixth, its best national finish since 2014 and its best NQS since 2008 (197.400). Georgia also finished the regular season top 10 in all four events. Highlights of the season included topping the 198 mark at Elevate the Stage on March 8, beating No. 2 LSU at home on Jan. 16, and topping No. 4 Alabama on the road on March 13.
SEC Championships Recap
Georgia posted a 197.450 at the 2026 SEC Gymnastics Championships on March 21 at BOK Center. Georgia finished at the top of the first session of the championship and finished fifth overall. Georgia's 197.450 is the best team score by the Bulldogs at an SEC Championships since 2004 (198.175), putting itself into a position for its best overall finish since 2019 (fourth place). Georgia's 197.450 is the highest first session score ever at the SEC Championships. The SEC moved to a two-session format in 2013.
Autumn Reingold (9.925 on bars), Kelise Woolford (9.950 on beam), and Nyla Aquino (9.925 on floor) finished as event leaders in the first session.
Quartet Tabbed WCGA Regular Season All-Americans
Georgia gymnastics earned four representatives on the 2026 WCGA Regular Season All-America Teams. Lily Smith and CaMarah Williams earned First Team All-America on floor exercise. Freshman duo Kelise Woolford (beam) and Autumn Reingold (bars) earned Second Team All-America honors. This is the most regular-season All-Americans Georgia has had since 2019, when four GymDogs earned six All-America honors. Georgia placed the most amount of freshmen on the list with three, tying for the most honors by freshmen. Combined with NCAA All-America honors, this is the ninth of Smith's career.
Nine GymDogs Earn All-SEC Honors
Nyla Aquino, Csenge Bácskay, Autumn Reingold, Ja' Free Scott, Harley Tomlin, Ady Wahl, CaMarah Williams, Eryn Williams, and Kelise Woolford collected 2026 All-SEC Team honors. Reingold, C. Williams, and Woolford also earned a place on the SEC All-Freshman Team. Georgia's nine All-SEC Team members are tied for the most of any school, and its three SEC All-Freshman Team members are the most from any school.
Georgia Eclipses 198 Mark
Georgia scored a season-high 198.075 at Elevate the Stage on Sunday, March 8 in Huntsville, Alabama. Georgia's 198.075 is not only the fourth-best regular season score in program history, but it's the seventh-best score in program history, including postseason. It's only the sixth regular season 198 in program history and it's Georgia's first regular season 198 since 2009 (Feb. 28, 2009, vs. Florida in Athens). Georgia scored a 198.050 in the Athens NCAA Regional in 2019. The GymDogs are one of only seven teams to reach the 198 mark in 2026.
Setting the Standard
Georgia has recorded a team score of 197.000 or higher in 14 meets this season, with a season-high 198.075 (Elevate the Stage, March 8). This marks the first time ever in program history that Georgia has recorded nine or more team scores of 197.000 or better in a single season. The previous mark of eight was set in 2003 and 2007. Additionally, this is Georgia's first 10-win season since 2019 (19-11).
Freshmen Class Contributing on a High Level
Georgia's five-member freshman class has contributed heavily this season. Four of the five have competed in every meet while all five have appeared in a meet seven times, including six of the last seven meets. CaMarah Williams has contributed the third-most points on the team (403.575) while Kelise Woolford has added 295.175, fifth-most on the team. The class has 49 scores of 9.900 or better and 23 event wins.
