Albuquerque, N.M. — Georgia Track & Field concludes the final day at New Mexico's Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invite with a new school record in the men's 60-meter hurdles.

Fast Facts
• Junior transfer Nina Ndubuisi kicked off the day for Georgia in the women's shot put with a heave of 16.85m/55-03.50 in her Bulldog debut. That throw put her in first place, fourth in school history indoors and 11th in the current NCAA rankings.
• Meanwhile on the track, freshman Le'Ezra Brown reset the men's 60-meter hurdles school record to 7.59. Brown's performance also holds as the third-fast in the NCAA thus far in the indoor season.
• Over in the women's 60-meter hurdles a trio of freshmen were altering the record book as well. Taylor Cox clocked her best time of the day in the semifinal round at 8.11, a time that improves upon last week's but still remains sixth school in history indoors, and is tied for seventh in the current NCAA rankings. Maddi Cooper took runner-up in the finals, posting a season-best 7.99, which ranks second in school history and is tied for the current NCAA lead.
• In the women's 60-meter dash invite, redshirt-sophomore Reign Redmond secured the victory crossing the line at 7.17, which is tied third in program history indoors and ranks fourth in the NCAA.
• Over in the men's section freshman Maurice Gleaton Jr. clocked a 6.55 finish in the semis ranking second among school history and tied for third in the NCAA standings.
• In the men's and women's 400-meter sections the Bulldogs pulled out great success to end the night. First freshman Sidi Njie finished runner-up in the contest at 45.36 – that ranks him sixth in school history and second in the NCAA current rankings. Graduate transfer Shaquena Foote also finished runner-up in the competition with 51.54, which ranks fifth in Georgia history indoors and second in the current NCAA rankings.
