On the pitching performance tonight…
"We've been starving for it. To put the zeros up as long as we did tonight against the best offense we've seen this year was a credit to him (Kolten Smith). Even Charlie (Goldstein) he put himself in some jams, but executed those off-speed pitches."
Devin Obee | Sr. | OF
On what it's like playing in the SEC…
"The energy. It's just different. Playing in the ACC, you had a lot of fans, a lot of energy and stuff like that, but the SEC is just a different feel. The pregame rituals and just everything. It's hard to describe. You just feel a different energy when you're in the stadium".
Kolten Smith | Jr. | RHP
On what was going through his head tonight:
"Yeah, I mean, tensions were high. It's a Friday night game in this league. So there's obviously a lot of meaning behind that. So, just getting every out I could, I was just getting fired up for the team."
