T&F's Wilson Tapped As Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Semifinalist

ATHENS, Ga. --- Georgia track and field junior sprinter Autumn Wilson has been included as one of 20 semifinalists nationwide for the 2025 Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholars recognition.
Wilson, a native of Austin, Texas, is one of only three student-athletes from the Southeastern Conference on the list honoring those who are at least sophomores, who have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA, have been active on their campuses and had success in athletics.
Finalists and winners from each sport category nominated will be announced prior to the June 5 edition of Diverse: Issues In Higher Education. An awards ceremony announcing the winners will be held in New York City during the National Conference on Race & Ethnicity (NCORE) annual conference on May 29.
