Georgia Wraps Up Bulldog Invitational

ATHENS, Ga. – The University of Georgia swimming and diving teams concluded their home season with the final day of competition at the 2025 Bulldog Invitational Last Chance Meet Sunday at Bauerle Pool at Gabrielsen Natatorium.

The Georgia diving team heads to Auburn, Alabama for the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships, running Sunday, March 9 through Wednesday, March 12 at the James E. Martin Aquatic Center. Following Zones, the qualifying Bulldogs will travel to Federal Way, Washington for the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships. The women's meet runs Wednesday, March 19 through Saturday, March 22, followed by the men's meet on March 26-29.

- Senior Julianna Stephens earned a B-cut in the women's 100y freestyle with a personal-best time of 49.04. Junior Emma Norton also set a new PB in the event with a time of 49.48.
- Senior Wesley Ng closed out his collegiate individual career in the men's 100y backstroke with a season-best time of 45.69. Fellow senior Mitchell Norton also completed his time in Athens with a B-cut of 1:41.68 in the men's 200y backstroke.
- Junior Clayton Whetstine set a new personal-best time of 3:50.46 in the men's 400y individual medley.
- Juniors Cooper Cook (43.67) and Thomas Askew (44.98) notched new PBs in the men's 100y freestyle. Fellow junior Roman Valdez earned a B-cut in the men's 200y butterfly with a time of 1:43.09, as did senior Arie Voloschin (1:54.51) in the 200y breaststroke.
- Freshman Elle Noecker turned in a new PB of 2:15.22 in the women's 200y breaststroke.
