ATHENS – The top-ranked Georgia equestrian will travel to Delaware State on Oct. 10, starting at 9:30 a.m. The Bulldogs will simultaneously compete against Centenary in a jumping seat competition.
Georgia opened the season against eighth-ranked Baylor, securing the win by a score of 17-3. Freshman Ava Hathaway took home her first Most Outstanding Performer honor in Horsemanship, while junior Kennedy Buchanan earned the award in Reining.
This marks the first time the Mane Dawgs will face Centenary. The Bulldogs own a 12-1 record against the Hornets. The two teams met once in the 2022-23 season, when Georgia dropped an 11-8 decision.
