KEY QUOTES
Georgia Co-Head Coach, Ryan Roberts
Opening Statement
"We are very proud of this team tonight. It was our first meet of the conference schedule against a tough competitor at home. We did a good job focusing on what we could control. Landings were what kept us from hitting 197. We will continue to work on that in preparation for the SEC opener at home against Alabama. I'm personally excited about next week as I used to work at Alabama, and it'll be a fun rivalry. I'm confident we can come away with the W next week, especially with Ja' Free back."
On the meet's highs…
"We were excited to see Lily back on bars. Brooke, Aberdeen, and Harley had break out performances on beam, and it was amazing to see the vault and beam squads get some great scores. I have a very positive outlook for next week and beyond."
UP NEXT: GYMDOGS GO COUNTRY
Georgia Gymnastics will return to Stegeman next week, competing against the Crimson Tide to open SEC home action. The GymDogs will Go Country as they take on Alabama next Friday, Jan. 31. The meet will begin at 7:00 p.m.
