ATHENS, Ga. --- The University of Georgia gymnastics team has added Sadie Berry to the 2024 signing class, co-head coach Ryan Roberts announced.

Berry, a native of Mooresville, N.C. with a three-star rating from collegegymnews.com will join the GymDogs after training at Southeastern Gymnastics.  She was named to the 2024 Level 10 America's Top 100 list for beam and the 2020 Level 9 America's Top 100 for bars, beam, and all-around.  She qualified to the 2024 Level 10 DP National Championships and was a member of the first place National Team where she individually placed fifth on bars, ninth on beam, 15th on floor, and 11th all-around in the Senior A age division. She was also the 2024 Regional 8 Beam Champion.

"Sadie will make a quick impact on bars, beam, and floor," Roberts said. "She has an excellent work ethic, is intentional, and coachable.  Watching her train and absorb what her coaches say was an indicator to us that she will be a great fit for our team. She has a growth mindset and strives to learn and better herself.  We are looking forward to her arrival."

"I chose Georgia because of the great academics and amazing gymnastics program," Berry said.
