ATHENS, Ga. – Following Friday night's "Swimapalooza" meet, the University of Georgia swimming and diving teams concluded competition with NC State Saturday afternoon at Bauerle Pool at Gabrielsen Natatorium.

Georgia remains home to host the annual Georgia Fall Invitational, running Wednesday, Nov. 20 through Friday, Nov. 22 at Bauerle Pool at Gabrielsen Natatorium. - The Georgia women's distance group once again asserted itself as seniors Abby McCulloh and Rachel Stege swept the top two spots in the 1,000-yard freestyle. McCulloh's winning time of 9:32.27 was the 10th-fastest in program history and second-fastest of her season.
- Stege later joined teammates Shea Furse, Duné Coetzee, and Sloane Reinstein to take first in the 800y freestyle relay with the nation's new fastest time of 7:06.26. Reinstein also joined Eboni McCarty, Marie Landreneau, and Katie Belle Sikes to win the 400y freestyle relay with a season-best B-cut time of 3:14.40.
- Georgia's diving squad posted a terrific day on the boards, with the men sweeping both events. Junior Renato Calderaro placed first on 1-meter with a season-best score of 355.20, followed by teammates Rhett Hopkins (341.70), Bo Bridges (285.98), and Matthew Bray (283.50). Bray then notched a new PB on 3-meter with a winning mark of 402.98, leading a pack of five Bulldogs at the top of the standings. On women's 1-meter, junior Hannah Stumpf (274.35) and freshman Ivy Buckley (271.88) qualified for Zones, with the pair placing second and third on both boards.
- The short-handed Georgia men's team earned two wins on the day, starting with junior Ruard van Renen touching first with a season-best B-cut of 1:40.47 in the 200y backstroke. Freshman Drew Hitchcock later won the 200y butterfly with a time of 1:45.48.
