ATHENS, Ga. — The Georgia women's basketball team earned a 79-62 victory over Prairie View A&M on Tuesday evening behind career-high scoring performances from Fatima Diakhate and Summer Davis.

Tuesday's game marked the second all-time meeting between the Lady Bulldogs and the Panthers. The last time the teams met was on Nov. 23, 2007, in the Junkanoo Jam in the Bahamas. Georgia claimed the victory, 78-44.
