792 Wins, 19 SEC Titles, Six National Championships

Georgia head coach Jeff Wallace is now in his 38th year at the helm of the Bulldogs' tennis program. As the nation's winningest active women's tennis coach, Wallace is one of only two coaches to record 750 wins in women's tennis history. Wallace enters the 2023 dual season with 792 career victories.

About the ITA Kickoff Weekend
The ITA Kick-Off Weekend event serves as the beginning of the dual match season for college tennis. 120 teams each will compete across 30 sites for a spot in the ITA Men's and Women's Indoor Championships. Georgia has been a host site in all but two years since the ITA Kick-Off inaugural season in 2009. The Bulldogs are 24-0 in Athens, and 25-1 overall in the opening spring event. The Bulldogs own four National Indoor Titles (1994, 1995, 2002, 2019) in 31 appearances, dating back to its inception in 1988.

Dawgs in the Polls
Sixth-ranked Georgia owns four rankings: A quartet of individuals, No. 31 Dasha Vidmanova, No. 19 Lea Ma, No. 64 Anastasiia Lopata and No. 100 Meg Kowalski.

In the fall, the ITA also ranks the Top-10 Freshman/Newcomer, Lopata came in at No. 10. 

Scouting the Trojans
13th-ranked USC brings a 4-0 record to Athens. The Trojans have wins over Loyola Marymount, CSUN, San Diego and San Diego State to start the season.

USC boasts six rankings: A quintet of individuals, No. 2 Madison Sieg, No. 17 Snow Han, No. 24 Eryn Cayetano, No. 83 Emma Charney, No. 96 Naomi Cheong; One doubles team in No. 20 Eryn Cayetano and Madison Sieg.

Maddy Sieg was rated the sixth-ranked Freshman/Newcomer in the fall.

Scouting the Irish
Notre Dame brings also brings a 4-0 record to the Classic City. The Irish have wins over Michigan State, Butler, Xavier and UIC to start the season.

Notre Dame owns one ranking in No. 102 Nibedita Ghosh.

Scouting the Hatters
Stetson brings a 2-1 record to Athens. The Hatters have wins over Saint Leo and Hillsborough CC, and a loss to No. 23 UCF.
