October 11, 2022 | Gymnastics
ATHENS, GA. ---Â The Georgia Bulldog Club's 2023 Gymnastics Endowment Fund (GEF) campaign is now underway.Â
Â
Donors who are interested in renewing their support, as well as fans looking to make their first contribution toward Georgia Gymnastics, can visit georgiadogs.com/donate or contact The Georgia Bulldog Club (TGBC) by phone at 877-423-2947. Personalized renewal packages will also be mailed to 2022 contributors. The minimum donation requirement to qualify for renewable season tickets is $50 per seat. All contributions and season ticket applications are due by Friday, November 18, 2022. Click HERE to view the 2023 GEF brochure. Â
Â
Head coach Courtney Kupets-Carter is in her sixth year at the helm of the program. "We are excited to get to work as a team and prepare for the season!" said Kupets-Carter.Â
Â
The 2023 roster features 11 total newcomers, including Josie Angeny, JaFree Scott, Madelyn Grow, Sidney Fitzgerald, Nicole King, Eryn Williams, Naya Howard, Jacquelyn (Jacquie) Moran, and Ariel Posen, who are all eagerly awaiting their first competition experience in Stegeman Coliseum as GymDogs.
Â
In addition to this outstanding group of freshmen student-athletes, the University of Georgia gymnastics team has signed Sandra Elsadek, a transfer from Ball State, and Vanessa Deniz, a transfer from Oklahoma, for the 2023 season.
GEF contributions help provide essential support for student-athlete scholarships, academic support, athletic training and nutrition, travel assistance, mental wellbeing & psychological resources, recruiting, and equipment upgrades. GEF donors also enjoy access to exclusive gymnastics benefits including renewable season tickets, game day parking and hospitality, and postseason ticket request opportunities.Â
Â
To provide GEF donors with a high level of customer service and ticket inventory transparency, UGAAA utilizes an interactive online Optional Selection Process each year. This allows GEF donors to explore seat and parking opportunities via a web-based, 3-D map of Stegeman Coliseum, while also giving those who purchase new or additional season tickets the ability to personally select their seat locations.
Â
All tickets for the 2023 gymnastics season will be digital, which will provide fans with ease of ticket transferability and contactless entry to all meets. Click HERE to view helpful details on digital tickets.
The Georgia Bulldog Club is the fundraising arm of the Athletic Association charged with providing student-athlete scholarships, first class facilities, and the financial support necessary to operate each of UGA's 21 varsity sport programs.
