Georgia to Face Alabama and Auburn in Pair of Road Matches

ATHENS, Ga. – The 20th-ranked University of Georgia men's tennis team takes competition on the road this weekend as the Bulldogs face No. 28 Alabama Friday at 6 p.m. ET followed by No. 39 Auburn Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. Sunday's match against the Tigers will cap a four-match road stretch for Georgia.
The Bulldogs enter the weekend's matches 6-4 on the season and 1-4 in SEC play. Alabama is 10-5 overall, including a 2-3 SEC mark, while the Tigers, who emerged in the ITA team rankings released Wednesday, are 6-7 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
Georgia owns a 56-7 all-time series record over the Crimson Tide and a 57-4 all-time record over Auburn. The Dogs' most recent wins against both teams date back to 2019, the last time Georgia competed against either in the dual-match season.
