GymDogs to Hold Exclusive First Look

ATHENS, Ga. --- The University of Georgia gymnastics team will host its Annual First Look exclusively to Ten-0 Club, GymKids and Gymnastics Endowment Fund members on Saturday, December 11 at 3 p.m. in Stegeman Coliseum.

Fans who are not yet members will be able to join the Ten-0 club at the event. Membership for the Ten-0 is $50 and includes access to First Look for you and guests, a monthly newsletter with an inside look at the team, and a t-shirt. Memberships to GymKids will also be available for $30. Those interested can join prior to the First Look and get more information about membership at www.gymdogs.com.

Fans will also be able to make a donation to the Gymnastics Endowment Fund (GEF) during the event. Additionally, GEF members will be able to speak with members of The Georgia Bulldog Staff about the upcoming seat selection process for season tickets, which will take place the week of December 13.

After the challenges that COVID brought to the 2021 season, the GymDogs are preparing strong for a successful 2022. Many show-stopping gymnasts return to the lineup, including experienced seniors with consistent scores of 9.90 or better- Rachel Baumann, Rachael Lukacs, Mikayla Magee, Alyssa Perez-Lugones, Megan Roberts, Emily Schild, and Abbey Ward.

Juniors Amanda Cashman, Haley de Jong, Loulie Hattaway, and Soraya Hawthorne also return with high expectations for their performances. Additionally, sophomores Nhyla Bryant, Katie Finnegan, and Victoria Nguyen will round out the GymDog lineups.

Newcomers Sarah Cohen, Maeve Hahn, and Riley Milbrandt are looking forward to the environment of Stegeman Coliseum where you'll see new GymDogs on each event.

The experience of the returning GymDogs is the most in head coach Courtney Kupets Carter's tenure at the helm, making it a season you don't want to miss.
