Georgia Travels to South Carolina for Final Meet of the Fall

ATHENS, Ga. – The fourth-ranked University of Georgia equestrian team is set to close out the fall season in Columbia, S.C., as the Bulldogs take on the University of South Carolina on Friday, Nov. 13, at 1 p.m.

Georgia (1-1, 1-1 SEC) closed out its home-meet competition topping No. 7 Texas A&M, 10-9. Highlighting the meet was junior Sara Lewis, who earned the Horsemanship Most Outstanding Performance honors for her first ride of the season with a score of 75. Freshman Jordan Toering remains undefeated for the season after beating her Fences opponent 82-80. The Bulldogs notched event wins in both Fences (3-2) and Horsemanship (4-1).

Due to COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines, no fans will be permitted to UGA equestrian meets this fall. Guests will be permitted through a "Player Pass List" only.

A spring schedule will be released at a later date.
