What are your personal goals this year as you enter your freshman season?

"I definitely want to develop as a person and as a player. I plan to work really hard on my skills to help my team and my teammates where I can to ensure we get as far as we can this year."

What is something no one knows about you?

"I am in the process of learning and getting better at playing the guitar and the piano. I really want to get better at playing both those instruments. So, that is something a lot of people may not know."

What makes Georgia a special place and why did you choose UGA?

"I love our coaches and how cool they are. The city of Athens is amazing and I truly enjoy being at the University of Georgia."

What's the best part so far about being a student-athlete here at Georgia?

"That's tough because there is a lot that I like. I get to be with my teammates a lot and we have a really good time together and really connect."

What's your favorite food?

"I am not picky with food at all. I really like chicken. You can do so much with chicken. You can eat chicken salad, grilled chicken, baked chicken, fried chicken -- you can really prepare it any way."

What has been the biggest transition at Georgia coming from high school?

"The schedule and time management. That's such a huge part of it. You always have something to do whether it's school, workouts, practice, or tutoring. Just getting used to managing it all has been the biggest change, but I am adjusting to it well."

What is the dynamic like already with the freshman class?

"We are actually pretty close, not just the freshmen but the whole team. If we are struggling with something, we will try and pick each other up. We know that we are all going through it together so that's just what we do for our teammates."

Any pregame rituals?

"I always pray before each game. I know we also pray as a team, but I always do it myself as well."

What other sports besides basketball did you play growing up?

"I played volleyball in middle school. I've always played basketball, but throughout the years, I've also played volleyball and softball."

What led you to major in Mechanical Engineering and what do you want to do in that field?

"As far as what made me want to be in the engineering field, my brother, my uncle, my granddad and my cousin are all engineers of different sorts. Just hearing what they do and seeing what they do has always interested me. I don't quite know what I want to do post graduation yet but definitely something in the engineering field."
