Georgia to Welcome Converse College for Scrimmage

ATHENS, Ga. --- The top-ranked Georgia equestrian team will welcome Converse College to the UGA Equestrian Complex on Friday, January 26 at 3 p.m. for a scrimmage with the Hunt Seat squad.

The exhibition against Converse is Hunt Seat only. Thus, the Bulldog Western riders will compete in an intra-squad scrimmage running simultaneously with the Hunt Seat action against the Valkyries.

Georgia will host Sweet Briar College next week for a Hunt Seat only competition on Saturday, February 3 at 11 a.m. Sweet Briar joined the National Collegiate Equestrian Association in August and becomes the first Division III member to compete in regular season competition and be eligible for post season.
