Why did you choose the University of Georgia?
I chose the University of Georgia because after living in Massachusetts my entire life, I hate the cold and only applied to southern schools. After going to a football game with family friends and experiencing Athens I was sold!

What does "Commit To The G" mean to you?
"Commit To The G" means committing to your teammates, the university and the equestrian program. I feel so lucky every day to wear the G and represent UGA. I never thought I was going to have the opportunity to be a Division 1 athlete, let alone riding horses. Being able to do what I love every day makes me extremely thankful and I could not imagine being anywhere else.

How does the theme of "Out Work. Out Ride. Out Last. #Everyday" motivate you?
The theme motivates me especially being a part of the senior class because it is our last year to make a lasting impact on this program. It is just a constant reminder to not only the seniors, but the rest of the team to give everything we have every day whether it is in workouts, practice, class, or tutoring. Having that mentality as a team right from the beginning will help us during meets knowing that everyday we prepared for one moment in the ring. This university and team has given me so much that everything I do I want to try my hardest for them.

Who has had the most influence on your athletic career? Why
My parents probably had the most influence in my athletic career. They always encouraged my sisters and I to play whatever sports we wanted. I pretty much played every sport that had a ball involved and always loved being with my teammates.

What is your most memorable moment in sports?
Patriots winning the Super Bowl against the Seahawks in 2015

Who is your favorite athlete, past or present, any sport?
Kevin Garnett. His work ethic and drive to be so successful never wavered even as he became a more veteran player.

What is your favorite place on campus?
The stadium. I love that it is in the middle of campus and we get to see it every day. It is so quiet during the school week and then jam packed on Saturdays.

What's your favorite restaurant in Athens?
Ted's. It was the first restaurant I ever went to in Athens and is still my favorite.

What is your favorite TV show/movie?
Harry Potter…all of them.

What's your favorite song or artist?
It depends on my mood…but can range from Future to Sam Hunt.

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would it be?
Australia. I've always wanted to go there.

If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you bring?
Probably my phone, Dunkin Donuts and peanut butter

What's something people would be surprised to know about you?
I have a twin. She is a nurse for the army and lives in Hawaii.

Who or what influenced the start of your riding career?
My mom influenced my riding career. She had horses growing up, so she wanted my sisters and me to have the same experience. I remember my sister and I would sneak out of the house to ride before my parents were up and riding our ponies bareback with only ropes around their necks. Thinking back on it I'm not sure why we thought that was such a good idea but we did have a blast.
