When did you start playing basketball? About the age of 3. I played pee wee at an old gym. I could shoot really good, but I couldn’t really dribble.
What coach had the greatest influence on you? Coach Burnell Wesco. He started coaching me in the seventh grade when I played AAU for SME, South Mississippi Elite. He’s just a great all-round coach and person. He wants the best for all his players. It’s more than just coaching for him. It’s like we’re family.
Is there something about basketball that came naturally to you? Paying attention. Once a coach told me something, if I listened it seemed to come easy to me. I think I’ve always been able to pay attention to details once a coach tells me something.
What do you think is your greatest attribute as a basketball player? I think I’m a good all-around teammate. I don’t talk much, but I try to lead by example.
My favorite part of playing basketball is...I never liked defense until I got to Georgia, but I think it’s the best part of the game for me now.
Least favorite part of playing basketball is...conditioning.
If basketball had “walk out” music for starters, what would your song be? “We Gon Show The World” by Lil Boosie.
What is your favorite road trip memory? When we went to Tennessee Tech this season on the sleeper buses. We had a lot of fun on the sleeper buses.
The most famous person from my high school is...Erick Dampier.
The most famous person I’ve ever met is...probably Coach Landers.
In 10 years I will be...hopefully in the WNBA and somewhere happy.

On Campus:
Dining Hall go-to item: The Philly Chicken at ECV.
Favorite professor: Debbie Phillips. She taught me HACE, Housing and Consumer Economics. She was always the same every day, very energetic and nice to everyone. She was just a great teacher.
I chose my major because... I want to be a counselor. I’m not sure what kind yet.
The other UGA sport I enjoy watching the most is...football

Dishing on Teammates:
Funniest: I’m pretty funny, but I’ll say Terryuana.
Best Singer: I’m the best singer.
Best Cook: Erika.
Most Stylish: Me or Marjorie.
Best Shooter: Is this a trick? Are you trying me to get me answer ‘me’ on all these questions? I’ll give it to Krista.
Best Ball-handler: Cobi.
Best Defender: Cobi.
Best Rebounder: Krista.

Italian Memories:
Pasta or pizza: Pizza. I love cheese pizza. That would be my favorite. I tried sausage but not pepperoni because I don’t eat salami.
Favorite flavor of gelato: I didn’t eat too much but I really like the strawberry.
Favorite city: Venice. All the water. I liked that.
Most enjoyable moment: Just being there at night when we were able to go out and hang out as a team and see some of the cities.
If I ever travel to Italy again, I definitely want to visit...I think I’d like to go back to Lake Como and Florence. I liked the scenery in Como. It was very relaxing. I liked the shopping in Florence.
