ATHENS, Ga. --- For the eighth time during Mark Richt's tenure as Georgia's head coach, the Bulldog football team has finished in the top 10 in the final polls.
Georgia (10-3) finished the 2014 season ranked No. 9 in both the Associated Press and USA Today/Coaches polls. The Bulldogs have been in the top 10 in both polls two out of the last three years, finishing No. 5 in the AP poll and No. 4 in the USA Today/Coaches poll to end 2012.
It marks the 21st time in history that Georgia has finished in the top 10 nationally. Since Richt was named head coach, the Bulldogs have finished in the top 10 eight times, including three top-five finishes.

The Bulldogs wrapped up their 2014 campaign by routing No. 20 Louisville 37-14 in the Belk Bowl in Charlotte, N.C.
