"Coaches Day" Clinic Set for Oct. 18

ATHENS --- Scholastic basketball coaches from all levels are invited to attend the day-long "Coaches Day" clinic with UGA basketball coach Mark Fox and the Bulldogs, set for Saturday, Oct. 18 at Stegeman Coliseum. The schedule includes demonstrations and discussions that revolve around Georgia's pre-season practice that day.
"Our staff is excited to offer the clinic as an opportunity to meet and get to know as many coaches as possible," Fox said. "We are always looking to share philosophies and exchange ideas. The clinic is a terrific setting in which to see many of the coaches around Georgia and learn how we all teach the game of basketball."
Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. Cost for the clinic is $10 and includes post-clinic dinner at Grindhouse Killer Burgers at 1553 S. Lumpkin Street.

11:30 a.m.: Registration
12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.: UGA Practice
2:15 p.m. Clinic
4:00 p.m.: Dinner & football game viewing at Grindhouse Killer Burgers
