ATHENS, Ga. -- The first Wednesday of every February means a new crop of young student-athletes are making a choice to become Georgia Bulldogs. Whether on the pitch, track or the gridiron, young men and women are taking their next steps to greatness. When these student-athletes make their way to Athens, their lives are transformed. The comforts of home change into locker rooms, weight rooms and classrooms. In order for these young men and women to reach their fullest potential on the playing surface and off, the University of Georgia Athletic Association must provide the very best in student-athlete support.
Funding student-athletes' scholarships, upgrading and building new facilities and providing support to athletic programs require significant financial support. With this comes the unique opportunity to play a key role in the continued success of the Georgia athletic program. Donors to The Georgia Bulldog Club can create a lasting legacy for their family as a driving force behind the success of the Bulldogs.
