Eleven Bulldogs Invited To All-Star Games

ATHENS -- Eleven University of Georgia senior football players have been extended invitations to play in five postseason all-star games, including four to the Senior Bowl.
John Jenkins, Tavarres King, Bacarri Rambo and Shawn Williams have received invitations to play in the 2013 Senior Bowl Jan. 26 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala. This is the second straight year that four Bulldogs have been invited to play in the Senior Bowl.
Williams, Rambo, Branden Smith and Sanders Commings also have invitations to play in the East-West Shrine Game, Jan. 19, at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Cornelius Washington, Christian Robinson, Michael Gilliard, and Abry Jones secured invitations to the Raycom Bowl in Montgomery, Ala., Jan. 19.
The Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game, slated for Jan. 11 in Tucson, Ariz., has invited Jones, Washington, King, Rambo, Smith and Williams. Gilliard and Richard Samuel received invitations to play in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl, Jan. 19, in Carson, Calif.
