FOOTBALL
Joe Cox was named the Walter Camp National Offensive Player of the Week and SEC Offensive Player of the Week. Since 1985, Cox is not the only Georgia quarterback that has won that award.

Georgia is off to an impressive 7-0-1 start and part of the success is the team's goal scoring and percentage. The team is shooting much more accurately this season compared to last year.

Men's Tennis
Javier Garrapiz was named the Southern Intercollegiate singles co-champion. He became the 18th Bulldog to win the title since it began back in 1968. As a junior, Garrapiz will return in 2010 to defend his title.
