Kupets, Godfrey, Harris Highlight Next Edition Of Dawg Report

May 12, 2009 | General

ATLANTA --- Nine-time NCAA gymnastics champion Courtney Kupets of the Georgia Gym Dogs will join Matt Stewart in the next edition of the Dawg Report.  The next edition of the Dawg Report will debut Tuesday, May 12th at 10:00 p.m. ET on CSS (Comcast / Charter Sports Southeast).

Kupets just finished her career as the most prolific gymnast in NCAA history, becoming the first athlete to ever win a title in every event.  The 2004 Olympic bronze medalist scored seven, perfect-10s in her senior season alone, leading the GymDawgs to their fifth straight national championship and record 10th NCAA title overall.

Matt will also talk with Bulldogs two-time All-SEC Linebacker and 12-year NFL veteran Randall Godfrey.  A four-year starter in the early 90’s, Godfrey was a second round pick of the Dallas Cowboys and also played for the Titans, Seahawks, Chargers and Redskins during his career.  Now 36-years-old, he is now re-enrolled at the University of Georgia and one semester from graduation.

Bulldogs Wide Receiver and New Orleans Saints free agent signee Kenneth Harris will also visit the Dawg Report.  Harris just finished his career with Georgia with 41 catches and just spent this past weekend at the Saints rookie mini-camp.

The Dawg Report will also air on CSS:
