Football

It’s homecoming weekend and Georgia is facing Tennessee Tech. The two teams have faced each other once before back in 1943, but it wasn't on homecoming. The team that Georgia has faced the most on homecoming is another school from Tennessee: Vanderbilt.

Senior wide receiver Michael Moore grabbed another TD reception last week. It was his third on the season, which is the most of his career. He has tallied six in career as a Bulldog and is now tied for 8th for most TD receptions under Mark Richt.

Thomas Davis of the Carolina Panthers had a big game last Sunday. He registered 7 tackles and had an interception. He is leading the team in tackles and now has 3 interceptions in his NFL career.
