Official Rules for Applebee's Legendary Performances Contest

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsors are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you: (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements; and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsors and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes they sponsor any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted such that, in Sponsors' sole determination, the online method of entry cannot be conducted as originally planned (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes) and to select winner from among all eligible postcard entries received and all eligible online entries received prior to withdrawal.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Applebee’s Ultimate Rivalry, Ultimate Reward Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01:01 9M Eastern Time ("ET") on August 31, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 14, 2008 (Sweepstakes Entry Period). Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States, aged 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of AppleCreek Management, ISP Sports and University of Georgia Athletic Association (collectively, the "Sponsors") and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Void where prohibited by law. TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry. Method #1: Visit www.georgiadogs.com, click on the Applebee’s link and follow all instructions to Vote and complete the Entry Form in its entirety and click submit to enter. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on November 14, 2008. Online entrants are subject to all online notices including, but not limited to, Sponsors' Privacy Policies. Online entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Method #2: Print your name and address on a postcard and mail to: ISP Sports, c/o Applebee’s UGA Sweepstakes, 34 Old Ivy Road, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30342. All mailin entries must be received by November 14, 2008. All entries, regardless of entry method, become the Sponsors' property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or postagedue mail/entries. RANDOM DRAWING/WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received on or about November 17, 2008, by AppleCreek Management and ISP Sports whose decisions are final and binding. Potential winner will be notified by telephone and email, and will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, unless prohibited, a Publicity Release, which must be executed and returned within five (5) days of date printed on notification. Failure to return such documents within the specified time period, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner being selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for Sponsors and their designees, to use winner's name, prize won, photograph, city and state of residence and likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity (including Web posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. GRAND PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets and pre-game field tour to the 2008 UGA vs. GT football game on November 29,2008; four (4) tickets to the UGA vs. GT basketball game on January 6, 2009; four (4) tickets to the 2009 UGA vs. GT baseball game; Coach Mark Richt personalized autographed full-size helmet and football; Coach Dennis Felton personalized autographed full-size basketball; Coach David Perno personalized autographed baseball; two (2) authentic football and basketball jerseys; two (2) UGA golf shirts; one (1) golf package including UGA head covers, golf balls and a foursome at a metro-Atlanta or Athens golf course ARV: $2,025 Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash in lieu of prize permitted. Winners are responsible for all necessary travel and taxes associated with prize package. RELEASE: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsors, and release the Sponsors, their affiliated companies, their promotion/marketing agencies and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize.
