Priority Seating Available for 2008-09 Basketball Season

ATHENS, Ga. --- Join the SEC Champion Georgia Bulldogs as they embark on another exciting basketball season in 2008-09. The best way fans can show their allegiance is through the Basketball Enhancement Fund (BEF), whose patrons annually stake their claim to the most coveted seats in Stegeman Coliseum.
The 2008-09 season promises to be exciting, with a number of top teams tentatively slated to visit Athens. All gifts designated to the BEF provide donors with the opportunity to purchase priority seating for Men’s Basketball season tickets, SEC Tournament tickets and Post Season Tournament tickets. Donors are awarded additional benefits such as preferred parking, based on their annual giving level.
“The Basketball Enhancement Fund is an outstanding way that all Bulldog fans can show their tangible support for our program,” said Georgia head coach Dennis Felton. “Not only can you help our program reach an elite level, but you can also stake your claim to the best seats in Stegeman Coliseum. We feel like that, in itself, will have a tremendous value in the coming seasons.”
Felton’s charges concluded last season by winning an improbable SEC Tournament championship. As a reward, the Bulldogs earned an automatic berth in the 2008 NCAA Tournament.
All BEF contributors receive an application to order Men’s Basketball season tickets. With a $150 donation per seat, BEF contributors receive first priority in seating assignment based upon the priority point system. Upon renewal each year, donors will retain their same seat location and may request relocation on their season ticket application. Relocation, as well as new donors seating assignments, are based on BEF cumulative score and availability.
